Vegetarian
I think I'm going vegetarian. We made roast and potatoes and carrots in our crock pot today. Clifford thought it was delicious..but I couldn't eat the roast!!! It tasted really gross to me and I just couldn't eat it. This has been happening a lot to me lately with all sorts of meat.... maybe I am going vegetarian.....

You and Clifford should come over for dinner soon! I will lend you a vegetarian cookbook and some tips and info! How were classes today, did you start at PSU?
We would love to just let us know! I have a killer vegetarian pizza recipe that my dad taught me.
We definitely need to get together! I would love tips and recipes! Right now it feels like I can't have a hearty meal without meat, but I know there has to be a better way! Classes were pretty good although I am in the wrong Spanish class and all the other ones are full! That's been a little stressful but other than that I like it! Very different from BYU-I but I think it will be a good experience!
